Job summary

Circle Logistics Inc. is seeking an Expedite Track & Trace Specialist for the 3rd shift. You will monitor and track customer freight, provide visibility, and maintain accurate documentation for all loads.

Clear communication and proactive issue resolution are essential to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires 1-3 years in dispatching or related logistics, proficiency with Excel and TMS/CRM systems, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Strong Excel skills including lookup and pivot tables.
Experience with TMS/CRM platforms required or able to learn quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Google Drive and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate on-time pickups and deliveries using various software.
Track and trace expedited shipments with drivers and update TMS.
Use phone, email, text; maintain clear, urgent communication.
Learn reporting tools to provide data to customer reps and managers.
Coordinate available freight with carrier equipment.
Verify freight charges and Bill of Lading; resolve discrepancies before payment.
Monitor Bill of Lading discrepancies; arrange proper return of commodities.
Track Expedite loads to ensure time-sensitive delivery.
Initiate check calls with drivers for pickups/deliveries.
Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time service.
Monitor freight times and notify customers of delays.
Maintain records with time/date stamps, trailer numbers, seals, notes.
Work with customer service/sales to resolve issues.
May perform other duties as assigned.
