Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Upstream Sortation Strategy & Expansion to own the end-to-end USS expansion roadmap, run financial modeling, and align cross-functional partners across tech, operations, and finance.

You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, drive investment decisions, and deliver measurable growth at scale within the Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term strategy for the USS program, setting priorities, and direction for sustainable growth across the ReLo network.
• Conduct program-level financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and investment planning to support site expansion decisions and resource prioritization.
• Build and manage the USS expansion roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across operations, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
• Partner with tech teams to identify, scope, and drive technology advancements that support the future vision of USS and enhance program capabilities at scale.
• Serve as the strategic owner and single point of contact for USS, driving cross-functional alignment and delivering measurable business results across the network.
