Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Returns Carriers and Worldwide Returns and Recommerce to own end-to-end transportation cost strategy and carrier integration across multiple carriers. You will lead cost optimization, launches, and performance management in a cross-functional environment.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-organizational influence, and the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-impact scenarios.

Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end transportation cost strategy across a portfolio of carriers and reverse logistics.
• Manage cost reporting and insights across all business reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR).
• Lead carrier integrations and define launch success criteria across CX, operations, quality, and traceability.
• Drive program objectives with project plans, implementation activities, and communications for rollouts.
• Scale services and tools to accommodate growth in volume and complexity.
• Drive resolution of critical issues through deep dives and root cause analysis.
• Communicate programs and results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
