Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC seeks a Project Manager-Expansion Projects (Finance) to lead capital expansion and maintenance initiatives in the midstream sector. You will develop execution plans, coordinate with commercial and operations teams, and drive projects from concept through design to commissioning.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project or Construction Management; 10 years of relevant expansion project experience.
• Experience leading capital expansion projects in midstream including high-pressure gas/liquid transmission, metering, and processing.
• Strong project scoping, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and procurement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to leadership and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations (DOT, OSHA) and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site representative for expansion, development, and maintenance projects.
• Provide preliminary scopes, estimates, and budgeting for assigned projects.
• Coordinate bidding processes and ensure competitive costing.
• Manage projects to meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals.
• Prepare project documentation and provide updates to management and regulators.
