Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC is seeking a Manager of Systems Integration to coordinate systems engineering and integration across complex projects in energy infrastructure. This role reports to the Senior Director of Systems Integration and emphasizes lifecycle performance, interfaces management, risks, and verification across teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in engineering, project management, or related fields, with a Bachelor's in engineering or related discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting or managing systems engineering plans and verification matrices.
• Familiarity with lifecycle management, quality systems and reliability practices.
• Experience with complex infrastructure, industrial operations or regulated environments.
• Certifications such as INCOSE or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute systems integration activities across the project lifecycle from concept to operations.
• Coordinate and ensure follow-through on commercial terms related to technical plans and interfaces.
• Translate needs into actionable technical requirements with engineers and stakeholders.
• Maintain traceability between customer needs, requirements, designs, tests and deliverables.
• Coordinate multi-team integration and manage dependencies and interfaces.
• Support configuration management, change control, and governance processes.
• Track KPIs and elevate issues to the Senior Director with mitigation options.
• Identify risks and propose cost-effective mitigation balancing schedule and performance.
• Help implement scalable standards, processes, and tools for systems integration.
