Job summary

Tallgrass, a leading energy infrastructure company in Colorado, seeks a pipeline engineer to manage pipeline integrity, O&M, and small capital projects. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and bid processes, while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards across multiple disciplines.

The role requires 2–6 years of engineering experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 2–6 years of engineering experience; level commensurate with qualifications.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, management, and reporting of capital and maintenance projects.
• Develop project scope documents and track scope changes.
• Manage contractors and consultants across multiple disciplines.
• Engineer pipeline and facility designs for small projects.
• Provide technical guidance on industry codes and federal regulations.
• Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
• Prepare RFPs, conduct bid analyses, and select contractors.
