Job summary

Dr. J Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a passionate Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our close-knit team and support pediatric patients with care and compassion.

This role includes a $500 sign-on bonus and hourly pay between $28 and $30. You will perform expanded functions, take and develop X-rays, manage records, and help with restorations, extractions, and root canals alongside our dentist, ensuring exceptional patient experiences for every visit in a warm, child-friendly

Qualifications

• Must hold EFDA licensure and radiology certification.
• Interest in pediatric dentistry and ability to work with children.
• Demonstrated dedication to patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Perform expanded functions, including restorations, extractions, and root canals

Dr. J Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a passionate Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.

As an EFDA, you'll have the chance to showcase your expanded skills and knowledge, assisting our dentist in a variety of procedures, including restorations, extractions, and root canals. You'll take and develop dental X-rays, manage patient records, and provide education on oral hygiene and post-operative care. And, of course, you'll do it all with a friendly and empathetic approach that makes our patients feel at ease.
