Job summary

Lamborghini Minneapolis is seeking a Service Manager to lead fixed operations and drive profitability for luxury vehicles in the Minneapolis area. You will own KPI targets, manage warranty and parts, and coordinate internal and external service work with a focus on an exceptional client experience.

The role requires leadership of technicians and a Shop Foreman, oversight of recon and transportation logistics, and the expansion of service reach across the Midwest while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Luxury or exotic automotive service management experience with KPI ownership.
• Strong fixed operations background and ability to manage workflow and profitability.
• Experience coordinating warranty, parts, and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all internal and external service work and scheduling.
• Track and hit parts and service KPI targets.
• Oversee recon workflow prioritized by sold inventory and operational needs.
• Manage warranty claim coordination and processing.
• Coordinate Lamborghini Roadside support and client vehicle transportation.
• Expand service and transport reach across the Midwest region.
• Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors to performance standards.
• Lead technicians and Shop Foreman; plan for team growth and department scalability.
