Job summary

Lamborghini Minneapolis is seeking an operationally driven Service Manager to lead fixed operations and KPIs, ensuring profitability, inventory readiness, and exceptional client experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate service work, manage warranties, and oversee vendor relationships while expanding the Midwest reach. Relocation assistance available for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Luxury or exotic automotive service management experience.
• Ability to own department KPIs and profitability.
• Experience coordinating internal and external service work.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Background check and MVR review required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all internal and external service work and scheduling.
• Track and hit parts and service KPI targets.
• Oversee recon workflow prioritized by sold inventory and operations.
• Manage warranty claim coordination and processing.
• Coordinate Lamborghini Roadside support and client vehicle transportation.
• Expand service and transport reach across the Midwest (IA, ND, SD, WI, IL).
• Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors to performance standards.
• Lead technicians and Shop Foreman; plan for team growth and department scalability.
