Job summary

Lamborghini Minneapolis seeks an operationally driven Service Manager to lead fixed operations, oversee warranty administration, technician workflow, and vendor management. You will own department KPIs, profitability, inventory readiness, and deliver an exceptional client experience in a luxury environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate all service work, manage transportation logistics, and drive department growth across the Midwest while maintaining the highest service

Qualifications

• Luxury or exotic automotive service management experience with brands such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, or equivalent.
• Strong fixed operations background with proven KPI ownership.
• Ability to manage technician workflow, vendor relationships, and parts/service profitability.
• Clear communicator with problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Must successfully complete a background check and MVR review.
• Preferred: Warranty claims and/or transport logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all internal and external service work and scheduling.
• Track and hit parts and service KPI targets.
• Oversee recon workflow prioritized by sold inventory, aging, and operational needs.
• Manage warranty claim coordination and processing.
• Coordinate Lamborghini Roadside support and client vehicle transportation.
• Expand service and transport reach across the Midwest (IA, ND, SD, WI, IL).
• Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors to performance standards.
• Lead technicians and Shop Foreman; plan for team growth and department scalability.
