Job summary

Lamborghini Minneapolis is seeking a Service Manager to lead fixed operations, drive profitability, and ensure an exceptional client experience across the Midwest. You will own KPIs, manage warranty processes, coordinate road-side logistics, and expand service reach while leading technicians and shop staff.

Ideal candidates bring luxury/exotic service leadership, strong communication, and a track record of KPI ownership, with relocation assistance available for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury/exotic service teams.
• Proven KPI ownership in fixed operations.
• Experience with warranty claims and logistics.
• Must pass background check and MVR review.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all internal and external service work and scheduling.
• Track and hit parts and service KPI targets.
• Oversee recon workflow prioritized by sold inventory, aging, and operational needs.
• Manage warranty claim coordination and processing.
• Coordinate Lamborghini Roadside support and client vehicle transportation.
• Expand service and transport reach across the Midwest (IA, ND, SD, WI, IL).
• Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors to performance standards.
• Lead technicians and Shop Foreman; plan for team growth and department scalability.
