Job summary

Lamborghini Minneapolis is seeking an operationally driven Service Manager to lead fixed operations, oversee warranty administration, technician workflow, transportation logistics, and vendor management. This role owns KPI targets and is accountable for service profitability and an exceptional client experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate internal and external service work, manage recon priorities, expand service reach across the Midwest, and drive department

Qualifications

• Luxury or exotic automotive service management experience.
• Strong fixed operations background with KPI ownership.
• Ability to manage technician workflow, vendor relationships, and profitability.
• Clear communicator with problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Must pass background check and MVR review.
• Preferred: warranty claims and/or transport logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external service work and scheduling.
• Track and hit parts and service KPI targets.
• Oversee recon workflow prioritized by sold inventory and needs.
• Manage warranty claim coordination and processing.
• Coordinate Lamborghini Roadside support and client transportation.
• Expand service reach across the Midwest (IA, ND, SD, WI, IL).
• Lead technicians and Shop Foreman; plan for growth and scalability.
