Job summary

Exploria Resorts in Florida is seeking an Embark Sales Representative to present and sell the Embark trial vacation package to guests who have completed a timeshare presentation without purchasing ownership. You will serve as an exit sales agent, meeting non-sale guests and presenting the program as a way to experience Club Exploria through a trial vacation.

The role requires strong presentation and closing skills, the ability to handle objections, and a professional, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Timeshare sales experience is required.
• Exit sales or trial vacation package sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Professional, neat appearance.
• Positive attitude/team player.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow Embark Sales processes to present and sell trial vacation packages to Tour No Sale guests.
• Establish rapport, identify guests’ vacation needs, and address concerns using effective closing techniques.
• Explain Embark program benefits, pricing, usage guidelines, and terms and conditions.
• Meet and exceed Embark Sales goals and maintain production standards.
• Coordinate with Sales leadership to ensure smooth guest transitions and a positive experience.
• Complete sales agreements and tracking in company systems.
• Participate in meetings, training, and coaching.
