Job summary

ADT, the leading smart home security provider in the United States, is hiring for an on-site Field Operations role in Ohio. You will install devices, perform site assessments, test systems, and ensure reliable connections with monitoring centers.

You will troubleshoot issues, educate customers, and uphold safety standards in homes and businesses across the region. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
