Job summary

Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Manager Exhibitor, Sponsorship & Advertising Sales. You will lead revenue growth across exhibits, sponsorships and advertising, serving as the primary relationship manager with exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers from initial outreach through post‑event follow‑up.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales, strong account management, and ability to close complex packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in relevant B2B sales with proven account retention and growth.
• Ability to identify prospects, initiate outreach, develop packages, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers to meet revenue targets.
• Identify prospects and engage via phone, email, events, and relationship-based outreach.
• Manage full sales cycle from needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and renewal.
• Develop, negotiate, and close exhibit, sponsorship, and advertising packages within guidelines.
• Build ongoing customer relationships and move partners toward multi-event participation.
• Monitor market trends and pricing, provide data-informed recommendations.
