Job summary

Heritage Exposition Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure a superior exhibitor experience, manage orders, deliver on-site support, and coordinate shipments with internal teams to run events smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service or event support, strong skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Google Docs, and excellent verbal and written communication. Travel to trade shows may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or event support.
• Proficiency in: Excel, Outlook, Word, Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Customer Follow-Up & Engagement: assist in communication and updates for exhibitors.
• Order Management & Data Entry: accurately enter exhibitor orders into Heritage system.
• Phone & Email Support: respond to client questions and service needs.
• On-Site Trade Show Support: assist operations at venues and logistics.
• Invoice & Payment Processing: calculate discounts, taxes, and total prices for invoicing.
• Production Coordination: collaborate to establish production schedules.
