Screenvision Media is seeking a Creative Approvals Associate, ER to manage on-screen campaigns and lobby promotions, building strong exhibitor relationships. You will clear content, communicate constraints, and ensure smooth execution from proposal through broadcast.

Collaboration with Marketing and Sales is essential to meet timelines. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication, time management, and customer service skills are required for this role in New York City with hybrid work options.

• Customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clear local and regional spots as required in exhibitor contracts and communicate approvals or restrictions.
• Clear entertainment content pieces and relay exhibitor feedback internally.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to clear local in-lobby promotions and ensure execution from proposal to rollout.
• Track all approvals/restrictions/rejections in the database.
• Build relationships with exhibitor partners and provide timely updates.
