Sotheby’s is seeking an Exhibition Staff member to support client experience at our New York gallery. You will serve as a brand ambassador, liaising with clients and specialists to ensure a warm, hospitality-forward environment during exhibitions.

Responsibilities include guiding visitors, managing queues, coordinating with departments, and delivering impeccable service across lobby, coat check, and exhibition floors. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Brand Ambassador, portraying a warm, hospitable tone for clients.
• Facilitate premier in-person experiences across front of house spaces.
• Direct visitor flow, manage queues, and monitor elevator access as needed.
• Assist clients with inquiries using current knowledge of calendars and events.
• Coordinate with departments to meet client needs and expose sale highlights.
• Demonstrate understanding of auction processes for client communication.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and adhere to front of house attire.
