Job summary

Imagine is hiring a General Manager to oversee the Titanic: The Exhibition in Miami. You will lead daily exhibit, retail, and guest services operations, manage staff scheduling, and drive revenue while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership roles in operations, retail, attractions, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, staffing, and people management.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage daily operations for efficiency.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities; proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily exhibit and retail operations to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor allocation; drive revenue through sales initiatives.
• Monitor and control operational expenses; implement cost containment practices.
• Ensure exhibit and retail spaces are clean, safe, and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with onsite technical teams for interactive or scenic needs.
• Support onboarding and training; communicate operational updates to leadership.
• Plan and coordinate traffic flows to improve guest journey.
