Job summary

Imagine is seeking an Assistant Manager for Titanic: The Exhibition in Miami. The role oversees venue operations, guest services, and retail activities, ensuring high guest satisfaction and sales performance.

The AM reports to the GM in their absence and drives efficiency and excellent service across the venue. Key duties include supervising staff, managing inventory and cash handling, coordinating exhibits and retail, and delivering daily sales reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing all aspects of an entertainment venue.
• Ability to lead a team toward incomparable guest service, maximizing revenue and minimizing expenses.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Oversee daily operations of a retail store with smooth workflow and customer service.
• Manage inventory and re-stock in a timely manner; proficient with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue.
• Manage sales, inventory, and POS transactions; upsell ancillary products.
• Lead staff development, including hiring and training.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and guest experience excellence.
• Prepare daily sales reporting, manage costs, and payroll for retail.
