Job summary

Arthrex seeks an Exhibit Data Coordinator II to support planning and operations for global exhibits. You will maintain data integrity in AXIS, coordinate budgets, and ensure timely reporting to internal teams and external partners. Collaboration with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and event organizers will be essential.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-functional communication, and the adoption of AXIS and Salesforce platforms to streamline exhibit workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality, Finance, Business Management or related field; medical device environment is a plus.
• 2 years’ experience in a professional environment; exhibit/event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain exhibit budgets with planners, Finance, and Data Supervisor.
• Analyze post-show data and expenses to identify budget solutions and efficiencies.
• Prepare detailed reports on historic spending by association and meeting type.
• Run GEMS reports and fulfill non-automated data requests from internal teams.
• Support post-show reporting and dissemination of conference leads to agencies and territories.
• Coordinate AXIS data and lead-focused materials for conferences.
• Monitor Salesforce Lead Dashboard and provide detailed reports on demand.
