Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking an Exhibit Data Coordinator II to join the Exhibit Planning and Operations Team. In this role, you will help support successful exhibits and events by maintaining accurate data, coordinating organizer and society requests, and ensuring event information is complete and available to support planning and reporting. You will manage data integrity within the Arthrex Integrated System (AXIS) and assist with the continued development and adoption of the AXIS Salesforce.com platform. As a key point of contact, you will build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders - the Sales Organization, Sales Agencies, Regional Managers, Sales Representatives, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams, as well as third-party event organizers, associations, and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, service-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, analytical, and technical project coordination skills will be essential to success in this role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The Exhibit Data Coordinator is responsible for providing support to those directly planning or coordinating, meetings and events internally or externally. Work with Exhibit Data Supervisor and Specialists as well as key internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent exhibit workflows and implementation of new business processes and integrated systems. Knowledge of corporate goals and objectives to ensure successful department reporting results.
