Job summary

Arthrex in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Exhibit Operations Coordinator to support exhibit functions onsite and offsite, coordinating pre-planning, onsite execution, and post-exhibit tasks. You will liaise with employees, customers, agencies, and sales to ensure exhibits align with corporate goals, optimize display layouts, and manage shipping, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in a professional environment preferred.
• Exhibit/event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down all exhibit and workshop functions on campus and while traveling to exhibits.
• Manage staging of upcoming exhibits, events, and workshops; include offsite deliveries.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Mgmt to optimize product displays and demonstrations.
• Coordinate mock set-ups on the Naples campus for pre-planning display placements.
• Assist with generating quality leads with guidance from the planning team.
• Ensure timely delivery of display equipment; coordinate with Arthrex Logistics.
• Maintain inventory of exhibit products and displays; forecast and order as needed.
• Coordinate shipping of displays with agency network.
• Set up and clean up/disinfect all campus and offsite products after attendance.
• Order department operating supplies to maintain inventory.
• Hours include Saturday/evening coverage and ~30% travel.
