Job summary

Arthrex is seeking an Exhibit Data Coordinator II to join the Exhibit Planning and Operations Team in Naples, FL. You will maintain data integrity in AXIS, coordinate organizer and society requests, and support planning and reporting across internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business Management or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a professional environment required; exhibit/event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain exhibit budgets with planners, Finance and Data Supervisor.
• Analyze post-show data and expenses, identify budget efficiencies.
• Prepare reports with historic spend by association and meeting type.
• Run GEMS reports and fulfill non-automated requests from internal teams.
• Disseminate conference leads to national and international agencies.
• Support ROI, attendance and data reporting for conferences (AAOS).
• Coordinate AXIS data and lead‑taking focus products for conferences.
• Monitor Salesforce Lead Dashboard for detailed reports on request.
• Update conference microsites (MyArthrex) with key announcements for global staff.
• Verify surgeon contact details and NPI data via NPPES Registry.
• Screen leads against Denied Party List via Compliance.
