Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to support growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Lead customer contract negotiations and oversee pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Develop transportation capacity strategies and contingency plans.
Establish and drive KPIs related to safety, service, profitability, asset utilization, and maintenance.
