Aqua Gulf Xpress is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Jacksonville, FL team. The role involves managing assigned accounts, soliciting loads, ensuring on-time freight delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The CSR will communicate regularly with customers, document loads in our systems, and collaborate with Planning and Business Partner Managers to meet annual commitments. We value problem solving and proactive service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and DoT guidelines.
• Understanding of geographic locations and time/distance calculations.
• Strong phone skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with 3+ software programs simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed customer expectations for communication and service.
• Maintain weekly contact with each assigned customer.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Support planning and coordination to meet annual commitments.
• Identify problems and implement solutions.
• Accept and solicit orders via phone, email, websites, and other channels.
• Document account and load data in the operating system for assigned customers/locations.
• Verify orders, location codes, and customer profiles for accuracy.
• Update customer portals and approve charges in TruckMate.
• Monitor container days to prevent storage/demurrage charges.
• strive to meet/ surpass service metrics and phone etiquette.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
