Job summary

Aqua Gulf Xpress, LLC seeks a Vice President of Trucking Operations to provide strategic leadership across locations, guiding operational performance, financial management, and growth. This executive role drives safety, profitability, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while aligning with the company’s long-term objectives.

You will develop and execute growth plans, lead multi-site operations, negotiate key contracts, monitor KPIs, and champion continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years in trucking/logistics leadership.
• 7-10 years in a senior leadership role with multi-site operations.
• Executive leadership experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or supply chain.
• Proven P&L management and profitable growth.
• Extensive knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
