Job summary

Walmart International is seeking an Executive Talent Sourcer to identify and engage VP+ leaders for US and global markets. You will lead proactive sourcing, build leadership pipelines, and collaborate with Executive Recruiters to shape the leadership pipeline across regions.

You will manage outreach, conduct initial assessments, and deliver market insights to inform recruiting strategies, while maintaining CRM updates and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related area.
• 1 year supervisory or cross-functional team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sourcing for VP+ officer roles across Walmart International.
• Serve as first contact for executive candidates and assess early.
• Build pipelines with succession planning and leadership needs.
• Deliver market insights and competitor research for recruiting.
• Maintain pipelines in CRM tools like Avature.
• Collaborate with Executive Recruiters, Project Managers and cross-functional partners.
