You'll build executive pipelines, engage senior talent, and leverage AI-enabled tools to drive speed and quality while preserving discretion and strategic alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related area with 5 years' experience in HR/talent acquisition.
• Alternatively, 7 years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related area.
• 3 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Officer (VP+) executive searches.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop search strategies and deliver outcomes.
• Identify, engage, assess, and build relationships with senior external talent.
• Balance internal succession opportunities with external market talent.
• Coach candidates through the executive hiring process.
• Build evergreen executive pipelines for future leadership needs.
