Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related area with 5 years' experience in HR/talent acquisition.
• Alternatively, 7 years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related area.
• 3 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Position Summary...

As a Director of Executive Recruitment you'll partner with a Senior Director to lead the execution of Officer (VP+) hiring across a business segment. You'll manage complex executive searches end to end, partnering with hiring leaders, candidates, Sourcers, and Project Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll lead searches, engage senior talent, solve complex hiring challenges, and build long-term executive relationships while delivering a world class experience. Success requires exceptional search execution, sound judgment, commercial curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile searches with pace and quality.

The Officer Talent Acquisition & Search team hires the senior leaders who shape Walmart's future. We partner closely with business and People leaders to deliver Officer-level hiring through Executive Recruiters, Sourcers, and Project Managers. We operate in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where discretion, quality, and exceptional experiences matter. As our function evolves, we're transforming from a reactive executive recruiting team into a proactive, AI-enabled executive talent partner, helping leaders make better talent decisions while building the leadership pipelines that will shape Walmart's future.

What you'll do...

• Share best practices and contribute to a high-performing OTAS team.

What you'll bring...

• Experience leading complex executive searches within an in-house executive recruiting team or executive search firm.
• Ability to independently manage multiple executive searches with pace, quality, and attention to detail.
• Strong executive relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent judgment and discretion managing confidential searches.
• Commercial curiosity and the ability to understand business strategy and leadership needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
