Job summary

Martin Resorts, Inc. seeks a seasoned operations executive to lead growth, branding transitions, and multi-property optimization. You will oversee openings or transitions to ensure brand fidelity and operational excellence across properties.

You will serve as the main liaison between hotel leadership and ownership groups, mentor GMs, and provide executive reporting to owners, brand leadership, and the Board. A data-driven mindset and multi-property leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations leadership across hotels/resorts, including luxury market.
• Minimum of 5 years as a large-scale operations GM.
• Preferably 2–5 years as a Full-Service VP of Hotel Operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and sustaining strong owner relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Transitions: oversee opening, rebranding, or transition of hotels.
• Serve as the liaison between hotel leadership and ownership groups.
• Mentor and coach GMs with performance feedback and succession planning.
• Provide leadership to property-level GMs and Directors of Operations.
• Executive-level reporting to ownership groups, brand leadership, and the Board.
• Champion accountability, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Share best practices to improve efficiency and productivity in hotel operations.
• Accountability for selection and performance of property GMs.
• Initiate Peak Performance for property GMs and manage midyear/year-end reviews.
• Collaborate with HR, Revenue Management, Commercial, and Finance on P&L.
