Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a skilled Multi-Site General Manager to oversee two resort properties, with responsibility for staff management, guest satisfaction, and strategic planning. You will work closely with Owners and Board Members to drive service quality and profitability.

You will manage budgets, lead department heads, and ensure adherence to SOPs while maintaining a flexible schedule including weekends and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Hospitality or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership and delegation; proficient computer skills (MS Office).
• Flexible schedule accepted for weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staff management and guest satisfaction across two properties 15 minutes apart.
• Lead department heads; coordinate with Owners and Board Members; ensure service culture.
• Manage payroll submission to Human Resources and regular briefings with heads of departments.
• Oversee budgeting: operating, marketing/sales, and capital budgets; monitor profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and service standards; handle guest complaints and service recovery.
• Prepare monthly financial outlooks and reporting for Owners; travel 1–2 week assignments as needed.
