Job summary

Capital Vacations seeks a skilled Multi-Site General Manager to supervise day-to-day resort operations, staff management, and guest satisfaction. As ambassador for Capital Vacations, you will provide leadership and strategic planning across departments, working closely with Owners and the Board.

You will lead department heads, ensure compliant operations, manage budgets and strategic goals, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high service standards and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership; ability to manage, direct, and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations functions of the resort.
• Lead payroll processing to HR.
• Hold regular briefings with department heads and ensure accountability.
• Ensure compliance with operating controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards.
• Lead capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment initiatives.
• Handle complaints and service recovery.
• Develop and manage annual budget, marketing, and capital plans; drive profitability.
