Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in food service or related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assists CEO in leading all employees to provide outstanding service.
• Interview, hire, train, coach and develop personnel.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
• Handle administrative and operational paperwork including payroll, attendance, and labor reports.
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain a clean facility and ensure safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
