This executive role requires strong leadership across multiple locations, hands-on operational oversight, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Management to deliver consistent service and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership background (15+ years) in hospitality operations.
• Experience in condo-hotel or shared-ownership environments.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Willingness to travel to support portfolio operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to property leadership teams across multiple locations.
• Develop and retain high-potential talent; support succession planning.
• Maintain relationships with ownership groups and boards; act as senior company representative.
• Direct day-to-day operations across a portfolio of hotels and resorts; ensure service standards.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, and Revenue Management to optimize performance.
