You will partner with the President and CEO to advance quality, access, and financial performance while fostering physician relationships and stakeholder engagement.

The role focuses on operational excellence, leadership development, and system integration to position Memorial Health for sustainable growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in health care administration, business administration, or health-related field required.
• Ten years of progressive hospital or health system leadership experience.
• Experience leading senior-level leaders and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for clinical, operational, and support services.
• Translate Memorial Health strategy into priorities and plans for Springfield Memorial Hospital.
• Lead major initiatives to improve care delivery, patient flow, technology, workforce models, facilities, and processes.
• Establish performance expectations and hold leaders accountable for results related to quality, safety, service, access, and finances.
• Oversee operating and capital plans within assigned areas and ensure responsible financial stewardship.
