Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a strategic healthcare leader to partner with clinical leadership to develop and execute multi-year growth strategies that drive regional expansion, align with system priorities, and improve quality, finances, and patient experience.

You will lead operational transformation, standardize care delivery, and manage scorecards and KPIs while working with executives across finance, HR, IT, quality, and regulatory functions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience driving strategic and operational impact.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Dyad Leader to develop multi-year growth strategies.
• Lead operational transformation and process standardization.
• Manage scorecards, metrics, and performance targets to improve outcomes.
