Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HME/healthcare.
• 7+ years in relevant healthcare roles with administrative exposure.
• Experience leading operational teams and driving KPI-based improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management and develop a high-performance culture.
• Set strategic direction, standardize processes, and drive financial outcomes.
• Develop and track operation KPIs for benchmarking and targets.
• Collaborate with finance/RCM to assess collections and payer adherence.
• Partner with executive leadership on growth and national accounts strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and HIPAA protections across operations.
• Manage staff development, hiring, and performance evaluations.
• Forecast trends and guide teams through organizational changes.
