Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration, or health-related field required.
• FACHE preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Ten years of progressive leadership experience in hospital/health system operations required.
• Experience leading senior-level leaders and multidisciplinary teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and set long-term priorities.
• Advise President and CEO on organizational structure, service delivery and investments.
• Lead major initiatives to improve care delivery, patient flow, technology, and workforce models.
• Establish performance expectations and monitor results across areas.
• Oversee operating and capital plans within assigned areas and ensure financial stewardship.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team and succession planning.
• Foster collaboration across Memorial Health and Springfield Memorial Hospital.
