Memorial Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to oversee regional ambulatory and hospital-based services, driving growth, program development, and operational excellence across primary, specialty, and urgent care settings.

Leadership will span inpatient and ambulatory teams, with a focus on improving access, care quality, and patient outcomes while aligning with Memorial Health’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• 7–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-site ambulatory operations required.
• Demonstrated success in program development and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations across regions and service lines with standardized workflows.
• Leads regional strategies, new clinical programs, and financial modeling with ROI focus.
• Oversees clinic expansions and service developments with Facilities, HR and IS.
• Manages budgets, forecasting, expenses, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engages physicians and advanced practice providers; onboarding and optimization.
• Supports care coordination across ambulatory, urgent care and hospital services.
• Drives innovation and adoption of digital health solutions and optimized workflows.
• Leads cross-functional projects from concept to execution and post-implementation review.
• Ensures quality, regulatory compliance, and patient experience improvements.
• Develops leadership and talent; succession planning and accountability.
• Strengthens partnerships with system leaders and external stakeholders.
• Travel to different sites as needed to oversee operations.
