Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid clinical license in Illinois preferred; Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership across regions and service lines with standardized workflows.
• Drives growth, program development, and new clinic expansions.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and ROI-based investments.
• Engages physicians and advanced practice providers to align clinical and operational goals.
• Collaborates with Finance, HR, Facilities, IS, and Marketing on strategic initiatives.
• Leads change management and performance improvement using data analytics.
• Supports care coordination across ambulatory, urgent care, and hospital services.
• Drives innovation and adoption of digital health solutions.
• Travels to sites as needed to oversee operations and ensure quality care.
