Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management, MBA preferred.
• 15 years progressive supply chain or operations experience with 5+ years in materials management and 7+ years leading a team.
• CPM, APICS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive competitive cost savings by managing world-class supply chain operations.
• Develop and monitor key supply chain KPIs for decision making.
• Establish contingency plans for sole source or critical items.
• Develop programs to improve production quality and efficiency.
• Lead and develop BU category managers, purchasing managers and buyers.
