Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Pittsburgh seeks a Vice President of Logistics to lead enterprise-wide logistics and distribution strategy for the company and affiliates.

You will oversee inbound supplier freight, intercompany materials, WIP, and outbound finished goods, plus company fleet, 3PLs, warehousing, and transportation procurement. Candidates should have 10+ years in logistics, senior leadership in multi-site operations, strong data analytics, ERP/TMS familiarity, and a track record of EBITDA

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in logistics, transportation, or distribution leadership.
• Senior leadership experience in multi-site industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Strong track record in negotiating transportation and logistics contracts.
• Experience with company-operated fleets and 3PLs; global logistics.
• Data-driven with KPI discipline and cost-to-serve analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise logistics and distribution strategy across company and affiliates.
• Oversee inbound freight, intercompany materials, WIP, and outbound goods.
• Manage fleet, 3PLs, warehousing, and freight procurement.
• Drive transportation technology, performance management, and governance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Legal on freight terms.
