Job summary

Donor Network West is seeking a Vice President of Donation Development and Family Services to lead key departments, drive strategy, and ensure operational excellence across donation development, family services, and aftercare.

The role oversees hospital and partner relations, clinician and staff coordination, and data-driven improvement initiatives to raise authorization and conversion rates while maintaining regulatory compliance and fiscal stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, public health, or hospital administration).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive program and staff management experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of executive management experience within an organ procurement organization (OPO).

Responsibilities

• Lead Donation Development, Family Services, and Aftercare strategy and programs.
• Increase authorization and conversion rates through collaboration with leadership and hospital partners.
• Oversee hospital and partner relations, staff deployment, and program governance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, budgeting, and organizational performance metrics.
