You will drive end-to-end performance, collaborate with CMS guidelines, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality organ donation services.

The role requires strategic leadership, fiscal oversight, and the ability to operate in high-acuity environments, including on-call components

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in critical care or organ donation settings.
• Strong understanding of CMS Organ Procurement Operations (OPOs) and related regulations.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measure outcomes.
