Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group seeks a Senior Vice President to lead Connexion Point, a remote contact-center/BPO serving Medicare and healthcare clients. You will hold full P&L accountability, shape EBITDA-focused strategy, and drive margin expansion while maintaining strong client relationships and a high-performing leadership team.

The role demands executive-level oversight across seven functional areas, continuous improvement, and a culture oriented toward AI, analytics, and client success.

Qualifications

• Executive experience in BPO, contact-center, or healthcare-services operations.
• Fluency with headcount-billed economic model and EBITDA-driven reporting.
• Demonstrated full P&L ownership.
• Strength in client relationship management with concentrated, high-stakes accounts.
• Leadership style that leads relationally first, then challenges, earning trust.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute CXP’s strategic direction in alignment with Unified Health and Integrity leadership.
• Own the financial narrative including gaps/beats between the plan and reforecasts.
• Drive margin expansion by optimizing headcount, training timelines, and cost structures.
• Lead the annual AEP preparation and ramp with department plans and KPI ownership.
• Develop a high-performing culture focused on AI, analytics, and client satisfaction.
