Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with multiple organizations to address office-level requirements and executive engagements.
• Experience researching and preparing analytical reports and maintaining files.
• Experience creating and maintaining databases, summary data, and spreadsheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication to brief senior leadership on priority issues.
• Proficiency with standard business software for presentations, word processing, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate briefs, agendas, tours, and conference rooms for visits.
• Provide direct operations and administrative support to leadership.
• Coordinate photographic and video opportunities for visitors and parties.
• Keep SOPs current and program documents available to team members.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to develop strategic plans for visits and events.
