Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Distinguished Visitor Visit Coordination and Protocol Duties.
• Experience preparing DV visit schedules and setting up VTC systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Secret clearance required.
• Associates degree or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute visits by Congressional Representatives and senior officials.
• Support executive leadership and interagency coordination during visits.
• Maintain liaison with foreign military and civilian counterparts as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the Commander and regional staff.
