Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Staff Officer to coordinate internal site functions and major events for high-ranking visitors, including briefs, tours, and conference room logistics. You will ensure leadership is briefed and SOPs remain current, while collaborating with senior leaders and mission partners on strategic visit plans.

The role requires extensive experience with executive engagements, strong data and report skills, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph willingness.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with multiple organizations to address office-level requirements and execute senior-level engagements.
• Experience performing research, contributing to analytical and technical reports, and maintaining files.
• Experience creating and maintaining databases, summary data, and spreadsheets.
• Experience using standard business software for presentations, word processing, and spreadsheets; briefing senior leadership.
• Knowledge of agency-level tasker systems.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with individuals at all levels.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or 12+ years of senior-level engagements in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal site functions and major events for high-ranking visitors.
• Coordinate briefs, agendas, tours, conference rooms; brief leadership on visits.
• Confirm photo/video opportunities for visitors and accompanying parties.
• Keep SOPs current and program documents available to team members.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to develop plans for visits and events.
• Provide operational and administrative support to leadership (parking passes, data transfers, ad-hoc projects).

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years experience
