Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced on-site executive support specialist in Arlington, VA. You will serve as the primary desktop support resource for executives and VIP personnel, delivering high-touch, discreet service with a focus on productivity and reliability.

You will build trusted relationships with executives and assistants, coordinate with IT teams, and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and endpoint hardware in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of desktop/deskside or end-user support in enterprise.
• Experience supporting senior executives or VIP users in a corporate or government environment.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, endpoint hardware, and collaboration technologies.
• Experience providing onsite, customer-facing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite technical support resource for executives and VIP personnel.
• Provide responsive, high-touch support with discretion and professionalism.
• Develop trusted relationships with executives and executive assistants.
• Respond to executive support requests from executives, executive assistants, administrative personnel, or IT leadership.
• Proactively identify and resolve technology issues before they impact executive productivity.
• Coordinate support activities with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and other IT teams to ensure rapid issue resolution.
